If I don't renew my EA licence after it expires, must I still terminate the licence?

You don't need to terminate your employment agency (EA) licence when it expires.

Note that the banker's guarantee will only be discharged 6 months after the licence expires. During this 6 month period, you will continue to be held responsible for placements made when you were licensed.
