My workers have upgraded to EP or S Pass. How are they impacted since they don't need BCSS or CSOC certifications to renew their work permit?

MOM has already identified the workers who had obtained the false BCSS certifications, even though they may be EP or S Pass holders.

Refer to the Notification Letter on the intended action on the affected workers.
