For pressure vessels fabricated in Malaysia, what is the survey certificate acceptable for registration purpose?

Certificate issued by Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia with full survey including design approval will be acceptable.

Certificates of (hydrostatic) pressure tests issued by DOSH Malaysia on its own will not be acceptable as survey certificate.

Pressure vessels fabricated before July 2018 would be allowed with DOSH Certificates. From July 2018, registration for new pressure vessels (fabricated overseas) would require an Inspection Body to survey the pressure vessels.
