Yes, it needs to match the one advertised on MyCareersFuture.
Each job advertisement on MyCareersFuture will have a Job Advertisement ID issued by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). You need to provide the Job Advertisement ID when applying for an Employment Pass or S Pass.
