From 1 Oct 2020, under the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), companies seeking to hire Employment Pass (EP) or S Pass holders are required to post their job vacancies on MyCareersFuture for at least 14 calendar days before an EP/S Pass application is submitted to MOM.
