I wish to make an Onboard booking for my worker to check in to the Onboard centre on or after 1 August 2025. How can I verify if my worker is a first-time or a returning worker and needs a 3-day or 2-day Onboard programme?
When you make a booking via the Onboard Booking System on or after 1 August 2025, your worker will automatically be assigned the correct Onboard programme. You will be able to view his assigned Onboard programme and the Onboard fees payable before making payment.
If you make the booking before 1 August 2025, you will have to pay for the 3-day Onboard programme first, and will be refunded the excess fees to the card used to make the booking after your worker checks out from the Onboard centre.
