How will I know if my worker will be attending a 2-day or 3-day Onboard programme?
If you are making a new booking from 1 August 2025, the Onboard Booking System (OBS) will automatically assign the designated programme based on your worker's background. You can view this as you make a new booking.
If you made bookings before 1 August 2025, your bookings remain valid and your worker may proceed with his scheduled check in date.
From 1 August 2025, you can refer to your worker's updated designated programme through the OBS by selecting 'Manage Bookings', then 'Bookings'.
If your worker attends the 2-day programme, we will process a refund for the fees of the Settling-in Programme (SIP) after your worker checks out from the Onboard centre.
