The treating doctor will determine whether your employee’s injuries have resulted in any permanent incapacity. You should request a certification from your employee’s doctor.The certification must specify whether your employee's injuries caused permanent incapacity, which prevents the employee from performing their usual work duties.

Submit the certification to us using Management of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) Claims, and notify your insurer about the claim. You must submit the certification within one year from date of accident.

If your claim is under a WIC insurance policy starting from 1 January 2021, you only need to submit the certification to the insurer.
