Yes. Workers who check in on or before 31 July 2025 must attend the Settling-in Programme (SIP) as part of the Onboard programme. The differentiation between workers returning within two years of their previous employment end date and first-time workers, who are required to attend the 2-day and 3-day programmes respectively, will only apply to those checking in from 1 August 2025 onwards.
