I have booked and paid for my worker, who is returning to Singapore within two years of his previous employment end date, to check into the Onboard centre on or after 1 August 2025 based on a 3-day Onboard programme. Can I get a refund for the additional day I paid for?
If your worker attends the 2-day programme, MOM will refund the excess fees to the card used to make the booking after your worker checks out from the Onboard centre.
