What will happen to employers who default on employment claims orders?

All employers who fail to comply with Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT) orders may face punishments. MOM can take a range of enforcement actions, including issuing warnings, fines, debarring employers from applying for work passes, and prosecution in court.
