Only the following employers are affected:

• If you are hiring a new Indonesian MDW, and asked by your employment agency to purchase an Indonesian Embassy performance bond guarantee.
  OR
• If you, as an existing employer of an Indonesian MDW, are processing MDW documents at the Indonesian Embassy, and are asked by the embassy to purchase a performance bond guarantee. 

Other existing employers of Indonesian MDWs are not affected.
