Only the following employers are affected:

If you are hiring a new Indonesian MDW, and asked by your employment agency to purchase an Indonesian Embassy performance bond guarantee.
OR
If you, as an existing employer of an Indonesian MDW, are processing MDW documents at the Indonesian Embassy, and are asked by the embassy to purchase a performance bond guarantee.

Other existing employers of Indonesian MDWs are not affected.
