I am already reporting dangerous occurrences, why do I also need to report process-related incidents?
Process-related incident reporting is a new requirement in accordance with the WSH (MHI) Regulations.
It doesn’t replace the current requirements to notify dangerous occurrences and workplace incidents.
If the incident falls under the definition of both dangerous occurences and process-related incidents, MHIs should indicate this when reporting the incident.
