How do I select the correct informant type when submitting an iReport?

When reporting an accident:

If the accident occurred at your own premises

Use WSH Incident Reporting and navigate to "submit iReport" and select "Employer.
Under “About the accident”, select “At premises under management of your organisation.

The informant type will automatically change to ‘Employer and Occupier’.

If the accident occurred at another organisation premises

Navigate to “create report” and select "Employer".
Under “About the accident”, select “At another organisation’s premises”.
Provide the full workplace name and address or location where the accident occurred.

For accidents at construction sites or accidents within the main contractor’s (Occupier) premises, you need to fill in the workplace number .
