How is the unpaid infant care leave calculated
Unpaid infant care leave is measured by any 12-month relevant period agreed on by employer and employee, such as the financial year or the employee's work anniversary.
If there is no mutual agreement, the 12-month relevant period will be the calendar year by default (1 January to 31 December of the year).
