I'm a fixed-term contractor, temporary or part-time employee. Am I eligible for unpaid infant care leave?

Yes, as long as you meet all the eligibility criteria.

The leave you're entitled to is based on the number of hours you work in a week.

You're a part-time employee working 8 hours a week, at a company where full time employees work 40 hours a week. Therefore, you're entitled to one-fifth the amount of unpaid infant care leave, or 1.2 days.
