Are all employees who are required to operate a vehicle as part of their work requirements covered under OPW?

Updated by MOM

Employees will not be classified as drivers under the OPW, if they do not spend more than half of their working hours driving and are instead primarily performing other job tasks, such as managing passengers and instructing driving student.

Examples of employees who may be required to operate a vehicle as part of their work, but are not drivers include driving instructors, tour guides, site inspectors, event planners, photographers.
