The OPW training requirements will cover administrators and drivers who work across the economy in a variety of sectors. This is unlike other PWMs, where training requirements apply to specific sectors. Standardised training requirements designed with specific sectors in mind may not be as relevant for OPW.

As such, the OPW training requirements provide employers with flexibility to tailor the training for their own employees to cater to their needs.
