As part of the Healthier SG initiative, AACs deliver the 2S (Social Connector for Social and Lifestyle Interventions, and Community Screening) which aims to empower Seniors towards healthy and active lifestyles.

As a Social Connector for Social and Lifestyle Interventions, AACs assist Seniors to join relevant active ageing programmes as recommended in their Healthier SG health plan.

AACs also serve as a community node for Community Screening, such as vitals screening and functional screening.
