All nursing homes are licensed under the Healthcare Services Act. MOH conducts regular checks to ensure that nursing homes meet the licensing requirements. Licensing requirements include areas such as patient care, nursing home staff, and premises, equipment and sanitation.

 

MOH regularly reviews and enhances the care standards in our nursing homes.
