For teleconsultations, how can we get the written acknowledgement from patient/next-of-kin, especially from the elderly who may not be technologically savvy?
Price Transparency Requirements, Financial Counselling
Like phone financial counselling, verbal acknowledgement is acceptable as long as the licensees are able to provide proof that verbal acknowledgement was given by the patient (e.g., recording of the teleconsultations).
