“Family doctor” is currently used as a generic term to make reference to primary care practitioners in general, regardless of the practice setting (e.g., private general practitioner (GP) clinic or polyclinic). Thus, this term “family doctor” is not protected under HCSA and is allowed for use in a clinic name.
