Yes, the term “aesthetic” is allowed for use in a clinic name as it is not a protected term under HCSA. However, in the course of doing so, business names cannot contain terms or names of a registered medical specialty/specialist (e.g., Plastic Surgery, Dermatology) if there is no such specialist employed/engaged by that clinic.
