What should I do when I encounter an issue submitting the Write To Us feedback form?
Please clear the cache in your browser and submit the online form again.
You may refer to the steps below to clear the cache for your browser/device.
For Windows Desktop Google Chrome or Edge browser
Step 1: Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Step 2:Chrome: Navigate to URL: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Edge: Navigate to URL: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
Step 3: Ensure All time is selected for Time range.
Step 4: Ensure Cached images and files option is checked.
Step 5: Click Clear data(Chrome browser)/Clear now(Edge browser).
Step 6: Close and reopen a new browser.
For FireFox browser
Step1: Click the menu button and select Settings.
Step2: Select the Privacy & Security panel.
Step 3: In the Cookies and Site Data section, click “Clear Data”.
Step 4: Remove the check mark for Cookies and Site Data.
Step 5: Ensure Cached Web Content is checked, and click the Clear button.
For Android Mobile Google Chrome
Step 1: Open Google Chrome mobile app.
Step 2: At the top-right, tap the button with three vertical dots.
Step 3: Tap Settings.
Step 4: Tap Privacy and security.
Step 5: Tap Clear browsing data.
Step 6: At the Basic tab, ensure All time is selected for Time range.
Step 7: Tap and ensure Cached images and files is checked.
Step 8: Tap Clear data.
Step 9: Close and reopen your Google Chrome mobile app.
For Apple Safari for Mac
Step 1: Launch Safari browser.
Step 2: Select Safari -> Preferences.
Step3: Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data.
Step 4: To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.
For Apple Safari browser on iPhone/iPad
Step 1: Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
Step 2: Scroll down and select Safari.
Step 3: Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
Step 4: Tap Clear History and Data in the pop-up menu to confirm.
