Travel Application

Bankrupts are required to obtain their appointed trustee in bankruptcy's (this is the person assigned by the court to manage your bankruptcy case) prior consent before they are allowed to leave, remain or reside outside Singapore.

Status of application

Bankrupts can check on the status of their travel application by logging in to theInsolvent Person's Portal via Singpass Login.

The status of the application will be reflected on the dashboard located at the landing page of the Insolvent Person's Portal.

Notification of approval

Bankrupts should receive the outcome of their application via SMS and/or email. If there are any enquiries, bankrupts should contact their appointed trustee in bankruptcy via the contact details provided in the court documents for assistance.
