A notification letter will be sent 2 months before you attain age of majority at 18 / 21 with instructions on the steps and documents required to claim the monies. If you do not receive our notification letter before your birthday, please drop us a query at https://go.gov.sg/pto Contact Us @ OneMinLaw so that we may check and advise you accordingly. 

You will receive the monies within 4 weeks after your birthday / the date of our receipt of your documents when you attain the age of majority, whichever is later.  

Please note that if you do not claim your trust monies after you have attained your age of majority, the monies will be treated as unclaimed monies until such time when you come forward with documentary proof to claim the monies. Your trust monies will no longer be invested by the Public Trustee and no interest will be payable on the trust monies after you have attained your age of majority.
