CPF Board has notified me that the deceased's un-nominated CPF monies will be forwarded to the Public Trustee but a check with the Public Trustee reveals that there are no CPF monies in the case account.
Upon receiving notification of the death of the CPF member, the CPF Board typically requires 4 to 6 weeks to remit the un-nominated CPF monies to the Public Trustee for distribution.
You will only be able to submit an online application for the distribution of the deceased's un-nominated CPF monies after we have received the monies from the CPF Board.
Once we have received the monies from the CPF Board, we will write to the person who had notified the CPF Board of the death of the CPF member and/or the deceased person's next-of-kin to make an online applications.
