Please submit an online application for the following update/changes to your company’s/licensee’s particulars:

i) Change of company/business name;

ii) New appointment of directors / managing directors / managers / substantial shareholders;

iii) Transfer of shares / Allotment of shares (for any change in substantial shareholdings or substantial shareholders only);

iv) Change of company / business operating address;

v) Resignation of directors / managing directors / managers/ substantial shareholders; and

vi) Change of company / business contact details.

Please note that for updates (i) to (iv), you are required to submit the online application to seek approval from the Registry before you proceed with the update/changes. Please update this information with ACRA only after receiving the approval from the Registry.

For changes relating to (v) and (vi), you are required to notify the Registry by submitting an online application.

For updates to (iii), that is, for any change in substantial shareholdings or substantial shareholders of licensee, please write to the Registry via Contact Us @ OneMinLaw with the following information and supporting documents:

1. A clear copy of an up-to-date identification card of the transferor and the transferee (if applicable).

2. If transferor is deceased, please provide the Letter of Administration/Grant of Probate to carry out the proposed transfer.

3. Latest ACRA profile of the licensee/company.

4. To provide the details of the transfer of shares in the format here

5. Reasons for the allotment of new shares/transfer in shares.

6. The relationship between the transferor and the transferee.

7. Whether the transferee will become a substantial shareholder of a licensee (through an increase in the person’s shareholding) after the transfer of shares.

8. If the transferee is already a substantial shareholder of the licensee, whether his/her substantial shareholding will increase after the transfer of shares. Please state the increase in substantial shareholding after the transfer of shares.

If your reply to point 7 or 8 is “Yes”, please submit an application to the Registrar of Pawnbrokers to seek approval for:

• the person (transferee) to become a substantial shareholder of the licensee; or

• the proposed increase in the substantial shareholding of the person (transferee) in the licensee
