How do we apply for approval to change the name of our law practice?
To seek approval to change the name of your law practice, please submit an update application via LSRA e-Services. In the Update application form, enter the new proposed name of the law practice and upload any relevant supporting documents, including the reasons for the name change, and submit the application.
If and when the application is approved, please update the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) on the new name of your law practice and submit the updated ACRA business profile via Contact Us @OneMinlaw. Thereafter, your law practice's licence will be reissued (with a fee of $50) and its updated particulars will be transmitted to the Supreme Court's eLitigation system after 1-2 working days.
