Please bring your NRIC or passport. You should also bring all documents relevant to your case. For example, if you are being sued, please bring all of the court documents that you have received. This will allow the legal officer to give you the appropriate advice.

If you are applying for divorce, for example, please bring with you the following:

  • Original Marriage Certificate

  • Original Children's Birth Certificate

  • Court documents eg. Expedited Orders, Personal Protection Orders, Maintenance Orders, if any

  • Information on NRIC number, last known contact number and address of spouse

  • Latest HDB / bank mortgage statement of account, if applicable

  • Latest CPF Public Housing Statement, if applicable

Please ensure that you have your SingPass password with you as you may need to access your SingPass account.

Before visiting the Bureau, please make an appointment via the OneMinLaw Portal (OMP) at https://go.gov.sg/omp to reduce waiting time.
