If you require legal advice, you can come to LAB during our office hours (8.30am to 5.00pm) to make an application. We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Please bring along your Identity Card for the registration.

Alternatively, you can make an online application here for selected subject matters. Once you have made your application for legal advice online with LAB, please visit LAB within 3 working days from date of registration to see our officer. We can assist you after you pass the Means test.

If you are a minor (i.e. a person below 21 years of age), your parent or guardian must apply on your behalf.
