Legal Advice Case

If you register for a legal advice case online, you are required to do the Means Test online. If you attend at LAB to register for a legal advice case, you are required to do the Means Test at the Bureau's registration counter.

Legal Aid/Assistance Case

If you register for a legal aid or legal assistance case online, you are required to attend at LAB within the next 2 working days to do a preliminary Means Test at the registration counter. After you have passed the preliminary Means Test, you will be given a Means Test appointment for your means to be formally assessed.
