In what circumstances does a lawyer's certificate of registration ("CoR") need to be reissued?
When a law practice updates the particulars of a lawyer or regulated non-practitioner via LSRA e-Services, it can request that the individual's CoR be reissued if any of the fields in the certificate is being updated, e.g. the individual's name, law practice's name, with a fee of $50.
