Do I still need a Singapore practising certificate ("PC") after obtaining a Certificate of Registration ("CoR") to practice in a foreign law practice entity?

Yes, all solicitors registered under section 36E of the Legal Profession Act must also have in force a PC in order to practise law.

If you have an existing PC, you are required to submit a Notice of Change of Particulars via Supreme Court's eLitigation system within 3 months from CoR start date to ensure that the law practice name and particulars are updated.
