Can I still execute a Writ of Summons against my debtor after he is made a bankrupt?

Upon the making of the Bankruptcy Order, a bankrupt's assets vest in the trustee in bankruptcy without any further conveyance, assignment or transfer; and become divisible among his creditors.

You may wish to file a Proof of Debt against the bankrupt's estate instead.
