Will I have to terminate my insurance policy if I become a bankrupt?

Updated by MLAW

Upon the making of the Bankruptcy Order, a bankrupt's assets vest in the trustee in bankruptcy without any further conveyance, assignment or transfer; and become divisible among his creditors.

The trustee in bankruptcy will take the necessary action to realise the insurance policies for the benefit of the creditors.
