How do I obtain an annulment of the Bankruptcy Order made against me?
A bankruptcy order can either be annulled by the court or by the Official Assignee.
Please refer to (1) the Singapore Courts website on how to apply to the court to annul a bankruptcy order and (2) the Insolvency Office's website on the annulment of a bankruptcy order by the Official Assignee.
