The court will inform parties of the hearing date once it has been fixed.

Please note that not all bankruptcy application will result in the bankruptcy of the individual.

The court may dismiss the application or adjourn the hearing, for up to 6 months or such other period as the court may direct, for the debtor to be assessed for Debt Repayment Scheme suitability.
