If a bankruptcy order has been annulled, the records will be removed from the bankruptcy register and would not appear on the Insolvency Office's online search service.

If a bankrupt is discharged from bankruptcy after meeting the target contribution, the bankruptcy record will be removed from the bankruptcy register after a period of 5 years.

However, if the bankrupt did not meet the target contribution, the bankruptcy record would be placed on the bankruptcy register permanently.
