Updated by MLAW

In Singapore, bankruptcy is a legal process involving an individual or firm that is declared unable to repay debts amounting to at least $15,000.

Once an individual is declared a bankrupt, the bankrupt's property will be vested in the trustee in bankruptcy, who will manage the bankrupt's financial affairs.
