Can I appeal against the Certificate of Failure or the Certificate of Inapplicability issued against me?
The Certificate of Failure and the Certificate of Inapplicability cannot be rescinded once they have been issued. The repayment plan on the Debt Repayment Scheme has ceased and the debtor is no longer required to make payments to the Official Assignee. The Debt Repayment Plan also cannot be reinstated once the certificates have been issued.
