Can creditors still take action against the debtor after the commencement of the Debt Repayment Plan ("DRP")?
During the period when the DRP is in effect, no creditor to whom the debtor is indebted in respect of any debt provable under the Debt Repayment Scheme has any remedy against the person or property of the debtor in respect of that debt.
Creditors whose debts were incurred prior to the commencement of the DRP should file a Proof of Debt with the Official Assignee, notwithstanding that the DRP has commenced.
