An application can be made to the Court for compulsory winding up of a company. Depending on the circumstances, the following parties may make an application:

(a) The company itself,
(b) Any director of the company,
(c) Creditors,
(d) Contributories,
(e) Liquidator,
(f) Judicial manager or
(g) The Minister.
