Do I need to re-submit all my documents if I re-apply for exemption admission to the Singapore Bar?
If you are re-applying for an exemption for admission to the Singapore Bar or in relation to the Foreign Practitioner Examinations, you will generally not be required to re-submit your supporting documents if your previous application was submitted within the last 12 months.
However, please submit via Contact Us @ OneMinLaw any new or updated documents that you wish to be taken into consideration for your re-application. If we do not receive your supporting documents within 7 calendar days after the submission date of the online application for exemption, your application will be deemed to have lapsed and you will be required to submit a new application and pay the applicable administrative fees.
