How do I submit an application for an exemption for admission to the Singapore Bar?
Applications for an exemption for admission to the Singapore Bar or in relation to the Foreign Practitioner Examinations must be submitted using the online Application for Exemption Form. We do not accept hardcopy applications.
The list of supporting documents required can be found within the online form and on our webpage: Supporting Documents for Applications for Exemption. Supporting documents must be submitted, in softcopy, via Contact Us @ OneMinLaw within 7 calendar days after the submission date of the online application.
Each person's circumstances are unique, and each application is considered on its individual merits. We are therefore unable to advise you on your chances of obtaining an exemption. The onus is on the applicant to make a strong case for the exemption sought. Please note that exemptions are granted sparingly.
