What if I am receiving Government-funded criminal defence aid but need to enter casino(s) or jackpot machine room(s) for work¹? ¹This refers to the scope of "defined work" under Casino Control Act.
For casinos:
You will need to inform the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) via go.gov.sg/ncpg-ebl, and provide a soft copy of your company's HR letter/email as supporting document. NCPG will review the request and you will receive a notification on the outcome via SMS or the NCPG e-Portal, within 5 working days from the application date.
For jackpot machine rooms:
You will need to provide your particulars to the jackpot machine rooms at the entrance before entering for work.
