Does the Exclusion by Law under section 165A of the Casino Control Act 2006 apply to me if I have been receiving criminal defence aid under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme ("CLAS") administered by Pro Bono SG ("PBSG")?
Yes. The Exclusion by Law applies if you are receiving Government-funded criminal defence aid under CLAS.
Foreigners receiving criminal defence aid from PBSG are, however, not subject to the Exclusion by Law.
