You can select the Average Income option via the “NSmen Payments” eService on the OneNS Portal. However, if you select this option, your claims will not be automatically computed. You will need to submit the relevant supporting documents indicating your income. As MINDEF will have to assess your claims, this will cause a delay in the disbursal of your claim amount.
