My employer is not on the DIRECT scheme. How much is my employer supposed to pay me while I attend my ORNS activity?

Your employer will deduct your salary (basic salary and fixed allowance) based on the time you spend away from work due to your ORNS activity.

MINDEF will reimburse your MUP to you directly based on the automatically computed MUP amounts.
