If the MUP claim was already auto-generated and paid, please submit a claim cancellation request via the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService as soon as possible. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit the cancellation request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.

A letter will be sent to request your company to return the amount to MINDEF.

Companies registered with the DIRECT scheme can return the excess payment to MINDEF via any AXS machine across Singapore. Alternatively, if your company has NSmen employees attending ORNS activities in the next two months, MINDEF will recover the excess payment from these MUP amounts to be made to your company.
